Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Banning, an IHG Hotel

The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The facility was clean and the rooms had a lot of space and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel. The provided breakfast had a lot of options and was good.

Breakfast was good and well stocked. Room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The bed and linens were clean and well maintained. Strange no phone in the room.

Everything was spot on perfect…everything you’d expect from a good hotel and HI Express. Easy access from the highway, plenty of parking, sparkling clean. The beds are very comfortable with super soft sheets; however the mattresses are showing their age a bit. The room and bathroom was updated and sharp; well decorated and again, immaculate. We needed an early check-in and Deena accommodated us right away and made parking arrangements for our truck and large 5th wheel trailer. The front desk was very helpful with getting us whatever things we needed. The included breakfast was really good also. Couldn’t be happier, just a super pleasant hotel.

I had an unexpectedly long trip and they were kind enough to offer me a quiet room so I could rest. They were over the top in accommodating me. The room was perfect for my needs and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again.
